Product Description

  • This Array sanitizer is an acid-based iodophor formula. It is concentrated and needs to be diluted before using. It removes mineral deposits and film and provides crystal clear glasses and stemware.
  • Iodine sanitizers act as detergents and wetting agents to penetrate films and improve cleaning. Iodine is effective over a wide temperature range, is not irritating to skin and the strength of the solution is easily indicated by its color.
  • This sanitizer will need to be diluted to recommended ratios before using and has a no-rinse formula that saves time and labor, reducing costs.
  • Ideal for use in cold water glass washers and three-compartment sink applications. It needs to be diluted at 12.5 parts per million (ppm) with a minimum water temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and a contact time of 30 seconds.
  • Not recommended for use in galvanized sinks. Do not mix with chlorine, lye, washing powders or household chemicals.
