Product Description

  • Ben's Original brand Jasmine Rice is always fluffy, never sticky and cooks in 25 minutes. A long-grain rice from Thailand, with a delicate scent and seductive flavor.
  • Perfect for use in Pan-Asian and Lantin-inspired dishes. Ideal for use as a side dish, or addition to multiple applications.
  • Stovetop: In a large stock pot add 1.5 quarts of water, 1 quart of Jasmine rice, and 2 ounces of butter (optional), and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover tightly and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand covered for 5 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Transfer to serving pan and keep warm. Fluff with fork before serving.
  • Oven: In a deep half-size steamtable tray, combine 1.5 quarts of boiling water, 1 quart of Jasmine rice and 2 ounces of butter (optional). Stir well and cover. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. Transfer to serving pan and keep warm. Fluff with fork before serving.
