Product Description

  • Derived from the upper forequarter of beef, this rich and tender cut is well marbled and juicy. Prized for its rich beef flavor, ribeye may be dry roasted whole as a standing rib roast for prime rib or cut into tender ribeye steaks.
  • USDA Prime beef is the highest USDA grade, with abundant marbling for a remarkably tender and juicy steak.
  • Prized for its rich beef flavor, these ribeyes are most commonly served as prime rib roasts or ribeye steaks. They can be cut into ribeye or Delmonico (lip-off) steaks and broiled or grilled.
  • To grill, season the ribeyes on all sides with salt and pepper and place the ribeyes on the hot grill. After a couple of minutes turn them 90 degrees to form the pretty grill marks. Cook for 4 - 6 minutes of each side for medium rare, longer if desired for more doneness. Remove the steaks and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • They are lip-on. Lean and fat that extend beyond the primary muscle of eye is left intact.
  • Keep this product refrigerated until ready to use.
