Product Description

  • These liquid eggs with citric acid are made from pasteurized whole eggs. They offer the convenience of making scrambled eggs with ease without having to break shells. Just boil the bag, and the eggs will be fully cooked and ready to serve.
  • The eggs are pasteurized to extend shelf life and rescued potentially harmful bacteria. The shelf life is extended to 8 - 12 weeks compared with 21 -28 days for shell eggs.
  • Eliminates the labor and cleanup of hand-cracking whole eggs. Use them for scrambled eggs, omelets, baking needs or where whole eggs are called for.
  • The case should yield approximately 300 eggs and save about one hour of preparation time. Time is money!
  • Eggs are packaged in five-pound cook-in-bags for ease of making large quantities with reduced labor.
  • Keep the eggs frozen until ready to use.
