Product Description

  • The tenderloin is well-known as the most tender cut of beef. It is lean, yet succulent, with a fine, buttery texture, and it's valued for its consistent quality and ease of preparation. These are medallions cut from the tenderloin.
  • USDA Select is the most prevalent USDA grade, lean and fairly flavorful with a moderately firm bite.
  • They offer the opportunity to serve tenderloins in smaller portion sizes, and are excellent when grilled or pan seared and finished with sauces. Favorite choices include a demi-glace, red wine mushroom sauce, caramelized pan sauce or a cabernet reduction. Serve with sides of mashed potatoes or on top of fresh, spicy greens.
  • They are perfect for a fresh stir-fry or to skewer for kabobs or brochettes. Serve with peppers, onions and garlic.
  • They are packed four per package. Keep frozen until ready to use.
