Product Description
- To cook, braise in water in the oven at 350 degrees for four hours or until desired tenderness is achieved.
- There are two, 16-18 pound pieces in each case. Each individual bag comes with one spice pack for cooking.
This raw, corned beef brisket is made from a 120 brisket that gets trimmed on its exterior fat cap to 1/2 inch exterior trim, with pocket fat intact.
