Product Description
- Expertly and consistently cut from the eye of the rib roast, these no-roll ribeye steaks feature a wonderfully intense beef flavor profile. They are cut to random sizes as a byproduct of producing frenched ribeye steaks. The lip-on steaks are jaccarded for tenderization.
- For a zippy rub, combine salt, ground black pepper, chili powder and cayenne pepper.
- No-roll describes USDA-inspected meat that has not been quality graded by the USDA.
- Shaped packaging preserves the form of the steak.
