Product Description

  • Sourced from grain-fed beef and cubed for extraordinary tenderness, these ball tip sirloin sizzler steaks are an economical and delicious cut ideal for a wide variety of applications.
  • New York strip-shaped for a more upscale presentation, these sizzler steaks are a very lean cut taken from the top of the hip bone. Marinate them overnight to enhance their flavor and for tenderization.
  • This product is cut from ups for a thinner steak, enhanced plate coverage and faster cook time. It's trimmed to the red, trimming the meat muscle and leaving no surface fat trim.
  • The steak is cubed, or run through a mechanical tenderizer.
  • USDA Choice is a high grade. The meat has ample marbling, and it is quite tender, juicy and flavorful.
  • These five-ounce steaks are individually packaged, 38 per case.
