Product Description

  • This half-and-half is made with 10.5% milk fat. It is an ideal ingredient in coffee and specialty coffee drinks.
  • The cream is ultra pasteurized for extended shelf life and product safety. It has been stabilized to resist separation.
  • Used to enhance the flavor of coffee and other hot beverages. It can be used as an ingredient for cream soups.
  • Whisk a bit of cream into eggs to make a light and fluffy scramble or omelet. Adding lemon juice and salt to boiling hot cream will make it curdle into fresh ricotta cheese.
