  • Beyond Sausage Patties are packed 90-1.67oz patties per case. Each patty is approximately 3.17 inches in diameter. Using a flat top grill at 375 degrees cook from frozen 2.5 minutes per side. Fully cooked when internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
