Product Description

  • These pasteurized liquid eggs are made from whole eggs and offer a fresh, clean egg flavor. The egg can be used for scrambled eggs and a variety of other egg applications. The liquid contains no shells and is ready to use. The yield is approximately 300 eggs per case.
  • The liquid form eliminates the labor and cleanup of hand-cracking whole eggs. In addition to scrambled eggs, you can quickly and easily prepare omelets, quiche, French toast and batter.
  • For best results, pour into a clean container, and whisk for 45 seconds before cooking. A 275 degree Fahrenheit grill temperature is recommended.
  • In addition to whole eggs, the mix contains skim milk, as well as citric acid, which preserves the color.
  • For convenience, there are 15, 32-ounce cartons per case. Store in the cooler section.
