- These expertly and consistently cut top sirloin steaks are versatile and a good choice for any occasion, with rich beef flavor and a moderately firm bite. They have been wet-aged a minimum of 21 days, jaccarded two times, a needling process for tenderization, then hand-portioned into steaks.
- Center-cut from the midsection of the striploin muscle for uniform presentation and the cap, or coulotte, is on and face-cut for a thinner steak with better plate coverage and faster cook time.
- USDA Choice is a high USDA grade, with ample marbling, and it is quite tender, juicy and flavorful.
- Top sirloin steaks are one of the most flavorful cuts of beef and make a beautiful pan-seared steak. Season the steaks simply with salt and pepper. Heat your pan, add oil and the steak. Allow it to sear for several minutes per side depending on how you want it cooked.
- Delicious when cooked on the grill with or without herbs. Season the steaks before grilling and cook to the desired doneness. Remove from the fire and let rest before serving. Brush the tops with garlic butter and serve.
