  • Season the ribs with a rub or marinade for lunch or dinner entrees, and they work well with a variety of sauces. They can be grilled, baked or prepared in a smokehouse.
  • For a zippy, tasty rub, mix brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper and chili powder.
  • For convenience and easy handling, the ribs come to you in a poly bag with poly sheets between each layer. There are 14, nine-ounce-average ribs per case.
  • Store frozen for up to 365 days. Thaw under refrigeration.
