Product Description

  • Delicious beef stew simmering on the stove warms any winter day. Recipe variations range from tomato and white wine sauce to lemon and rosemary. This beef stew meat has been diced into one-inch pieces. Use as desired in your soup and stew recipes.
  • The meat is cut into pieces that are perfect for quick sautes or long braising. For stew, brown the seasoned meat in hot oil and add onions, celery, garlic, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes. Cover with a rich stock and simmer until it is done. Serve with crusty bread.
