Product Description

  • These yellow wax beans are ideal for wholesome, homestyle dishes. Featuring translucent yellow flesh, they are harvested at the peak of freshness to ensure tenderness, mild flavor, sweetness and small seed development.
  • Consistently cut to 1 1/2-inches long, stemmed and ready to use, they save you time and labor while providing your customers with a consistently high-quality product any time of year.
  • Perfect for all foodservice segments, the beans are ideal as a side dish or added to soups, stews, casseroles or salads. They also hold well on a steam table or buffet.
  • For a classic three-bean salad, first combine vinegar, sugar, oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and cook until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Stir in drained green beans, yellow wax beans and kidney beans, along with red onion and parsley, and toss.
  • The beans are rated U.S. Grade A because they have good flavor, appearance and aroma.
  • There are six, 102-ounce #10 cans per case, with 24, 1/2-cup servings per can.
  • Store in a cool, dry place for up to 730 days.
