Product Description

  • These frozen broccoli spears offer a bright color and mild taste that complement multiple entrees. Broccoli can also be a main ingredient in many dishes. The spears are consistently cut 43/4 to 5 1/4 inches long with a stalk diameter of 1 to 1 7/8 inches. You'll save time and labor while providing your customers with a consistently high-quality product any time of year.
  • The broccoli is easy to prepare. Simply place the poly bag of frozen broccoli into boiling water and cook until the spears are tender. There's no need to thaw.
  • For a tasty side dish, finely chop garlic and combine it with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a skillet and heat until the garlic is fragrant. Toss the broccoli with the garlic mixture.
  • This broccoli is rated U.S. Grade A because it offers good flavor and aroma, with good overall brightness and well-developed buds. It's also practically free of grit and silt.
  • There are 12, 32-ounce poly-bag packages per case. Store frozen for up to a year.
