Product Description

  • These frozen corn cobs brings a taste of summer to the menu anytime of year. They are fully ripened with a uniform golden color. The cobs are fully shucked, cut into 2 3/4-inch pieces, and ready to heat and serve. The uniform size facilitates portion control. You'll save time and labor while providing your customers with a consistently high-quality product any time of year.
  • The corn pairs well with barbecued meat and poultry entrees, as well as hamburgs and hot dogs. The cobs are easy to prepare, either boiled, roasted or grilled.
  • To grill shucked corn, place the cobs directly over a very hot fire, turning occasionally, until they are charred and cooked through - about 10 minutes. Serve immediately with flavored or plain butter and salt.
  • The corn is rated U.S. Grade A because the ears are well-developed with a uniform size, and they offer good flavor, color and aroma. They are practically defect free.
  • There are about 96 cobs per case. The cobs are individually quick-frozen to ensure freshness and enable easy separation.
  • Store frozen for up to a year.
