Product Description

  • Derived from the upper forequarter of beef, these whole ribeyes are export-style with bone-in. Wet-aged for a minimum of 21 days, they are rich, tender, well-marbled and juicy. Prized for its rich beef flavor, ribeye may be dry roasted whole as a standing rib roast for prime rib, or cut into tender ribeye steaks.
  • These whole beef ribeyes benefit from the exceptional flavor and tenderness that corn-fed Angus brings to the table.
  • USDA Choice is a high USDA grade, with ample marbling, and it is quite tender, juicy and flavorful.
  • Roast the ribeye whole and present as a sliced entree. Rub the loin with a mixture of garlic and herbs, and roast it in the oven until its internal temperature registers 130 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare. Let rest and slice. Serve with sauteed mushrooms and crusty bread.
