Product Description

  • These are prepared from fresh, USDA-inspected subprimals.
  • They can be used to make stews, brochettes or kabobs, sauteed, or pan-roasted and served over pasta.
  • They are great for recipes and entrees that call for smaller pieces of meat and do not require the long cooking method that stew cuts need to be tender.
  • The meat is packed in bulk packaging, economical to use for volume operations. It is individually quick frozen for ease of separation.
