Product Description

  • Masterfully and consistently cut from the eye of the rib roast, these ribeye steaks are highly marbled and juicy, with an intense beef flavor profile. They have been wet-aged for a minimum of 21 days, jaccarded one time, a needling process for additional tenderness, then hand-portioned.
  • These are boneless. They are lip-on. Lean and fat that extend beyond the primary muscle of eye is left intact.
  • USDA Select is the most prevalent USDA grade, lean and fairly flavorful with a moderately firm bite.
  • Season the steaks with salt and freshly ground pepper. Heat the pan and oil until very hot, and add the steaks. Cook over high heat until crusty on the bottom, about five minutes. Turn the steaks and add butter, thyme, garlic and rosemary to the skillet. Continue cooking over high heat, basting the steaks until medium-rare. Let rest, slice the meat across the grain and serve.
