Product Description
- These cubed beef steaks are made from solid muscle, which ensures a consistent product. It comes from hand-trimmed rib lifter meat, which is also known as blade, cap or wedge meat. After being passed through the cuber three times, each cutlet is shaped to ensure tenderness.
- Cubing is the process of running the product through a mechanical tenderizer. They offer a tender yet cost-effective beef steak menu option.
- These steaks are USDA Choice, which is a high USDA grade with ample marbling, and it's quite tender, juicy and flavorful.
- Cubed steaks are delicious pan seared in butter with onions and garlic, 3 - 4 minutes each side. Add sliced mushrooms and beef broth, and simmer until done. Serve with vegetables and potatoes.
- They can also be breaded, fried and served as chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. An Americana classic!
- They are packed in bulk. Keep frozen until ready to use.
