Product Description

  • The versatility of this batter allows you multiple ways to prepare. Use to make muffins, breads, mini loafs, mini muffins or sheet pans.
  • Corn bread is a perfect accompaniment to BBQ dishes or a warm bowl of chili.
  • Grease or paper line pan. Stir batter and scoop into prepared pans. Bake at 325°F. Bake times will vary according to the weight of deposit and individual shop conditions. Product is done when top springs back from light touch.
  • The batter comes in eight pound pails, two per case.
