Product Description

  • Pierce Fully-Cooked Breaded Chicken Fillet, 4oz average, delivers on the taste and consistency with a light original breading profile that will crisp up in the fryer or oven. Made from whole-muscle chicken, delivering on a firm, yet satisfying bite.
  • Preparation is easy in the fryer at 350 degree oil for 7 minutes from frozen. Bake in convection at 350 degrees on ungreased sheet pan from frozen for 25-27 minutes. Ensure you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Utilize as your signature chicken sandwich with your favorite toppings and sauces or offer customers the ability to customize the sandwich as needed.
  • Pierce Fully-Cooked Breaded Chicken Fillets are packed frozen in 2-5 pound bags. Approximately 40-4oz fillets per case.
