Product Description
- Frequently used in Korean and Chinese cooking applications but popular throughout the world, these short ribs are flavorful, moist and tender when braised or grilled. These are boneless.
- No-roll describes USDA-inspected meat that has not been quality graded by the USDA.
- These quality short ribs can be braised slowly, seared rapidly or grilled.
- Short ribs can be braised whether they are boneless or bone-in. Season the ribs and sear them over high heat. Immerse them in a flavorful liquid or sauce, and bake for three hours or until desired doneness. Transfer to a serving platter, and serve.
- The short ribs are packed one per package.
- Keep these steaks refrigerated until ready to use.
