These quality corned beef eye of rounds contain up to 20% solution and are ideal for slicing or shaving for sandwich applications. They may be reheated or served cold.
  • These eyes of rounds corned beef are more like an old-school corned beef as the eye is more expensive than a bottom round flat and not as tender. But they are very consistent in shape and fully trimmed.
