  • This product is controlled vacuum-packed (CVP) to preserve freshness, retain natural flavor and enhance shelf life. CVP fresh chicken has lighter boxes than ice-packed chicken. Shelf life is 14 days under optimal conditions.
  • The chicken is packed in dual layer packaging that resists punctures and prevents CO2 leaks.
  • This chicken is raw and will need to be cooked to 170 degrees Fahrenheit before serving.
