- New York cheesecake has a dense, smooth and creamy consistency. It tastes sweet and tart at the same time.
- Plate the cheesecake and garnish with a drizzle of raspberry puree and mint leaf. Add it to your dessert tray or cart and entice your customers to enjoy.
- Display the cheesecake in the bakery case and sell by the slice or the whole cake.
- The cake measures 10 inches and is cut into 14 slices per cake. There are two cakes per case to protect them during shipment.
- The cakes are frozen. Thaw before serving.
