Product Description

  • Derived from the upper forequarter of beef, this rich and tender cut is well marbled and juicy. Prized for its rich beef flavor, Ribeye may be marinated in an acidic marinate and then roasted whole as a standing rib roast for prime rib, or cut it into tender ribeye steaks and grilled. Serve with fresh seasonal vegetables and a baked potato with sour cream, butter and chives. Brand may vary.
  • Wet-aged a minimum of 21 days for enhanced natural flavor and tenderness.
