Product Description
- Derived from the upper forequarter of beef, these fresh, cubed, no-roll ribeye steaks are rich and tender, well-marbled and juicy. Enjoy all the taste and goodness of this fine cut without any of the waste. The steaks are great pan fried, roasted or slow cooked. They stay intact while cooking.
- For easy preparation, cooked minced onions in butter for 1-2 minutes. Season the steak with salt and pepper and dredge it in a mixture of flour, paprika and grill seasoning. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- The meat is passed through the cuber to make it even more tender.
- No-roll describes USDA-inspected meat that has not been quality graded by the USDA.
- For easy handlng, the steaks are individually packaged. There are 20, eight-ounce steaks per case.
