Product Description
- Pork bellies are boneless cuts of fatty meat cut from the belly of the pig. These portions are ideal for diced, browned, or braised applications with the skin on. Brand may vary.
- Slow cooking makes pork belly melt-in-your-mouth tender. It's super-tasty for sandwiches, appetizers, soups and stews.
- You can deep fry it whole as a carving roast, or slice pieces and brown them for a sandwich ingredient or breakfast side. For an appetizer, cut large cubes from the pork belly, brown and skewer them with shrimp or scallops.
- For convenience, the pork bellies are individually packaged.
- There are six packages per case. Each case averages 52 pounds. Store in the freezer section.
