Product Description

  • Derived from the lower hindquarter of beef, flank steak is a long, flat cut of meat used in a variety of dishes including London broil and fajitas. It benefits from a tenderizing marinade, being slow-cooked, and is best served sliced against the grain.

  • Flank steak is an easy steak that can make an impressive presentation. It can be marinated and grilled or pan-seared and sliced thinly against the grain. Slice the flank steak and saute with onions and peppers for an easy pepper steak.
  • It can be stuffed, rolled like pinwheels, cooked and sliced. Mix spinach, feta cheese and bread crumbs for the filling and spread over the flank steak. Roll and tie with twine. Grill until it is done and slice the flank steak for a delicious appetizer or entree.
