Product Description

  • Ribeye steaks are great skillet fried with butter, thyme, garlic and rosemary. Salting a ribeye two days prior to cooking works to tenderize the steak signficantly.
  • This is a lip-on cut, which leaves intact the lean and fat that extends beyond the primary muscle.
  • Cover fat on these steaks is trimmed to within 0.125 inches, and tail/lip is no more than one inch from the loin eye muscle.
  • USDA Choice graded meats deliver ample marbling with a tender, juicy texture and intense beef flavor.
  • These 12-ounce steaks are individually packaged, 16 per case. Shaped packaging preserves the form of the steak.
