Product Description

  • These dry black beans offer a savory, mild and sweet taste with a light, flour-like texture when cooked.
  • Rinse dried beans and soak for six or more hours. When ready, transfer to a pot and add water until the beans are covered an inch of water. Season the beans as you desire, bring to a boil and reduce heat while beans simmer for one hour with the pot partly covered by a lid.
  • Use black beans to create your own Tex-Mex style black bean burgers. Serve along with rice, avocado and seasoned jackfruit for a unique and filling meal-in-a-bowl option.
  • Each case contains one, 50 pound bag of prewashed, dry black beans.
