Product Description

These roasts offer end-to-end consistency for slicing with no waste. They are in a natural shape for a fresh, butcher shop presentation.
  • These beef roasts are made with USDA Choice Certified Black Angus beef. USDA Choice is a high USDA grade with ample marbling that yields a beef that is quite tender, juicy and flavorful.
  • Roasts are pre-cooked for your convenience, and have no fat on the outside. They are designed to look great in your deli case.
  • Slice to your preferred thickness and pile it high for delicious sandwiches. Carve the roast and serve it with mashed potatoes and gravy for a traditional dinner entree.
