Product Description

  • This quality, spiral-shaped macaroni is made from 100% durum whole wheat flour. It has a mild, nut-like whole-grain flavor and is light brown in color. It is ideal with vegetables, meats or seafood and a variety of sauces.
  • A unique milling and manufacturing method create this whole-grain, whole-wheat pasta that features delicious flavor and excellent cooking quality. The al dente texture holds up well to traditional foodservice pasta handling methods.
  • For a hearty pasta salad, combine the rotini with salami, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, Italian dressing, olives and mozzarella cheese. Mix a dry Italian salad dressing into pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • The durum wheat kernel used to make this pasta contains all three elements of the seed: endosperm, bran and germ.
  • There are two, 80-ounce bags of pasta per case. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 730 days.
