Product Description

  • Flank steak is a lean, flavorful and thin steak, traditionally used for London broil. It provides an upscale presentation when marinated, cooked quickly over a hot flame and thinly sliced across the grain.
  • The steaks are aged a minimum of 21 days, and the gristle is removed. The beef is minimally processed with no added ingredients, artificial color or flavoring. No growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics are administered.
  • Flank steak is an easy steak that can make an impressive presentation. It can be marinated and grilled or pan seared and sliced thinly against the grain. Slice the flank steak and saute with onions and peppers for an easy pepper steak.
  • It can be stuffed, rolled like pinwheels, cooked and sliced. Mix spinach, feta cheese and bread crumbs for the filling and spread over the flank steak. Roll and tie with twine. Grill until it is done and slice the flank steak for a delicious appetizer or entree.
  • They are packed 18 per case. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
