Product Description
- Derived from the short loin portion of the beef hindquarter, the striploin is lean, tender and flavorful. Typically striploin is cut into striploin steaks, such as the New York strip.
- USDA Prime beef is the highest USDA grade, with abundant marbling for a remarkably tender and juicy steak.
- The whole loin can be cut to the desired portion sizes for steaks, or it can be roasted whole and presented as a grand centerpiece.
- Roast the striploin and present as a sliced entree. Rub the loin with a mixture of garlic and herbs, and roast it in the oven until its internal temperature registers 130 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare. Let rest and slice. Serve with sauteed mushrooms and crusty bread.
