Preparation Instructions

Dessert Topping

Wash hands. Mix cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and whipped cream together until well blended. Set aside.

Berries

Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water. Drain well. Gently mix fruits together. Set aside.

Pound Cake

Wash hands. Dice pound cake into ½–¾” cubes. Set aside.

Berry Trifle

Wash hands. Layer pound cake, berry mixture, and dessert topping until trifle dish is full. Garnish with any remaining dessert topping dollops and berries as desired. CCP: Product must be cooled to a maximum internal temperature of 41°F or less, within 4 hours.
