What is In-Store Pickup?
In-Store Pickup allows you to order products online, or at the store’s Customer Service desk, then schedule a pickup date that works best for you.
Is there a fee to use In-Store Pickup?
Next day and future-pickup orders are free. A $3 service fee is charged for all Same-Day orders.
What items are eligible for In-Store Pickup?
Only items stocked in the store are eligible for Same-Day Pickup. For future orders, you have access to our full catalog of items (literally thousands more). Products are shipped directly to your store, most times within 1 to 2 days.
What is the cutoff for placing a Same-Day order?
Same day orders must be submitted at least 2 hours prior to store closing.
When do I pay for my order?
Payment is not required until the order is picked up.
Is the price I see in Online Ordering the price I will pay at checkout?
The prices shown in Online Ordering are the current price in-store at the time you placed your order. You will be charged the current in-store price at the time you pick up and pay for the order. Pay close attention to current advertisement effective dates when placing an order to avoid price changes when avoidable.
Is there a minimum purchase to use Pickup In-Store?
No, you can purchase as much or as little as you’d like.
How far in advance can I place an order?
The system allows orders to be placed up to 30 days in advance. It is recommended that you place your orders no more than 1 week in advance. We are constantly exchanging seasonal items and cannot guarantee availability for all items ordered 30 days in advance.
My order has an Order Status of Pending. What does that mean?
The online ordering system will hold future orders in Pending status up to 2 days prior to your scheduled Pickup date. At that time, the order will be released to our Distribution Center to be picked and shipped to the store. You will receive notification that your order has been submitted. Until then, you can access, change, or cancel an order through the Order History screen.
How will I know when my order is ready?
If you are a Distribution, Gordon Restaurant Market, or Gordon GO! customer, you can sign up to receive text or email notifications. Simply sign up via the Online Ordering system at checkout, or have your local store team get you signed up. (Message data and rates may apply.)
If you are an Event Planner customer, the store will give you a scheduled pickup time when your order is placed. The store will call you when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup. Be sure to provide them with a valid phone number.
Can I have someone else pick up my order?
Yes. However, if paying on account, the person must present their membership card.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
We will usually hold your order for 24 hours past your scheduled pickup date, assuming it is safe to do so. Please Note: orders containing fresh items will only be available for pickup on your selected pickup date.
What should I do when I get to the store?
Let the Customer Service Desk know you are ready to pick up your order. A store associate will validate which order you are picking up, and whether or not your order is ready. While the associate is pulling your order, feel free to grab a cart and pick up any additional items you need. Once pulled, your order will be waiting at one of our checkout lanes.
Can I cancel a Pickup In-Store Order?
You may cancel an order online prior to the order being picked. Once the order is picked, you will need to contact the store to have the order cancelled.
Can I use my Gordon GO! points when paying for my order?
Yes, just let the store associate know that you will be paying via points at checkout.
How do I become a customer and get an online ordering account?
All new Gordon GO! customers are automatically enrolled
into Online Ordering, if a valid email address was provided when signed up. To become a Gordon GO! customer, stop by the Customer Service desk at any store to be enrolled, or click here
