- This Array powdered cleaner removes carbonized grease build-up in deep fryers and helps to ensure long-lasting oil. This product has built-in tracers that indicate when the cleaned fryer needs to be neutralized.
- This product can also be used to degrease concrete, quarry tile or unfinished wooden floors. Always wear rubber gloves when using this product.
- This deep fryer cleaner is concentrated for extended cleaning performance and cost control. Do not use on aluminum.
- To use, drain and remove loose grease. Add product to cool water in fryer per dilution directions. Bring to a low boil and hold for 20 minutes. Brush, drain and flush the cleaning water. Rinse and neutralize with mild acid solution (vinegar and water). Drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- This product is solvent-free and non-flammable. It is safe to use around fryers and stove areas that might be hot.
